Why haven't I received a password reset link?
Please ensure you are using the correct login button. For complaints about a company, you will need to visit cedr.com/consumer.

If you have not received a password reset link, please check your junk. Alternatively, please ensure that you are logging into the correct area. For claims against a company, please visit our website to find the correct scheme. Then, sign in using the dark blue menu bar, with the blue button.

MyCEDR membership provides access to exclusive content, events and observerships to further your mediation development. 

Please contact mycedr@cedr.com if you have not received your password reset email, and are a MyCEDR member.

Why do I need to provide my card details?
You will need to provide your card details again because we do not hold onto your information due to privacy protection. As we are moving to a new and improved platform, we are unable to transfer these details. Therefore, you need to set up your account again. Rest assured, you will not be charged until your current renewal date. If you have any questions, please get in touch with the MyCEDR team.
What happens if I don't provide my updated details?

If you do not update your details on the new platform, you will lose access to the new MyCEDR website.  This website is where you will find content that is available to MyCEDR members such as Observership information, Masterclasses, Events and more.

If you didn't receive our email with the sign up link, please check your spam folder.

Do I need to create a new password?

You may choose to use the same password as your previous account, however you do need to update these details at the new sign up link as it takes you to our new platform. Please also ensure you use the same email address as your previous MyCEDR account.
